IDA Pre-Season is a program giving the athletes one to four weeks of progressive training and preparation. With 12-15 hours of recorded training per week (for analysis and highlight film usage) your athlete is on a pathway to success. Both Valencia and UK Pre-Season dates are August 1st-30th, 2023 and provide:
Breakfast: 7:00 - 8:00am
Training: 9:00 - 11:00am
Strength & Conditioning: 12:00 - 1:00pm
Lunch: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Video Analysis: 2:00pm - 3:15pm
Individual Skill Development: 3:15pm - 4:00pm
Rest & Recovery: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Training/Competition: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Dinner: 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Lights Out: 10:00pm
