IDA Valencia Player Experiences are for more advanced players, aged 16+, who have ambitions of playing at the next level (US University and/or professionally). By integrating directly into the IDA Valencia Residential Academy Program, participants will train and compete at the highest level with our UEFA licensed coaches whilst staying in the heart of Spain and experiencing the day-to-day life of a full-time IDA student-athlete.

Spanish Language Classes

General Spanish Language Program.
5 Hours Learning per Week.
Assessment Prior to Level Placement
Topics Covered: Communication, Pronunciation, Vocabulary & Situation-Based Learning.
Cost: $150 per week.

Video Analysis Package

Personal Video Analysis Package.
Highlight Compilations & Interactive Match Reports.
Online Profile & Social Media Graphics.
Available ONLY for Player Experiences of 2+ Weeks.
Cost: $450 for 3 games or $780 for 6 games.

Program Details

Ages: 16-23
Accommodation and meals all inclusive
Airport pick up and drop off - no extra cost
12-15 hours of high performance training per week
1-2 matches per week (when applicable)
Training with local Spanish clubs
Video footage of all games
Performance training sessions including Strength and Conditioning, video analysis, football coaching methodology, etc.

Facilities

IDA Valencia Players reside at Mas Camarena Resort in the peaceful town of Torre en Conill Norte, just 15 minutes from downtown Valencia. Players will stay in 4-star accommodation at Valencia's top student residence, with 2 full-sized turf fields, a gym, a swimming pool and a private cafeteria all on the same site. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, gardens, classrooms and round-the-clock security.

IDA Valencia Players will have full access to these state-of-the-art facilities as part of their camp experience, giving them a true outlook on what life is like as a professional academy player.

Passport Information

Do I need a Visa and what type of visa do I require?

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for all of your travel documents and ensuring they are valid (see passport information above). Based on your nationality, you will need to check if a visa is needed for the country where your camp is located (contact the appropriate consulate office for entry requirements and visa requirements). Plan ahead as the visa application can be a long process. If you need a visa, it is mandatory that you apply right away after you have processed your online registration. The more you wait, the more chances you have to be denied a visa!
