What motivates you to work hard?

My motivation to work hard is myself, my dreams motivate me to try harder, motivates me to always making an effort to achieve it and to always strive to do my best. My family is also my motivation, help them and also demonstrate them that all they effort they have done be worth it.

My biggest fear isn’t giving up or failing, it’s waking up one day and realizing I don’t want to try anymore

I’d say my glass is half full. I tend to focus on what’s working and how I can make things better, even when challenges appear. Staying positive helps me find solutions instead of getting stuck on problems
