What motivates you to work hard?

I am motivated by the idea of being better than I was the day before. I have no way to guarantee results of a match or a season so I do not let my drive rest on that. But I do have a way to guarantee that I will contribute more, feel more comfortable, understand the game better than the last time I stepped on the field. I chase that feeling

If you had one wish to improve your game what would it be?

I would wish to understand how different spaces on the field are being used tactically during different phases of attack and defense. I believe that with a better sense of how the entire team and field is being played, and how my movement can have a role in that, I will be more capable of making decision that will benefit the game.

What is your biggest fear?

I fear losing the ability to move and being unable to help my team. I get thrill from chasing after a ball, a space, a player, or a goal. I also feel accomplishment from taking pressure off of others, and I would not enjoy being restricted to watching without supporting my team in some way. For me that does not mean disliking the bench in any way, but I would hate to miss a game entirely.

What is your super strength?

My biggest asset is my stamina and versatility for effort. The score, time left in a match, or my fatigue do not play a roll in how I work. I will bury myself to get across a finish line, no matter what that may be. If I have to change position, my role, or who I am marking, I will approach the task with the same level of energy.

Is your glass half full or empty?

Half full. There is always something to work with, even if I am just starting to learn a new skill. There is still space in a glass half full, and I will always work to fill the rest, but ignoring the progress I have already made is disrespectful to myself and others.
