The first annual FDSC High-Performance Training Week presented by International Development Academy is set for this summer:
FDSC High-Performance Training Week: U7-U18
The five-day training week will be held at Joe Sam’s Leisure Park, Waterdown from Monday, July 28 to Friday, August 1, 2025. Please note the Wednesday, July 30 session will be held at Tim Horton’s Field.
This exclusive training experience is open to players from the festival, grassroots, and youth programs aged U7-U18 (2018-2007).
The training groups will be broken by age and gender. Each day, sessions will run for three hours to ensure that the experience remains high tempo for the duration. There will be two training slots with the *anticipated times as below.
*Please note while the time slots will remain consistent – the ages within these times are subject to change but will be confirmed after registration closes on April 1st.
Please also note ALL age groups will train at Tim Horton’s field on Wednesday, 30 July from 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
The cost of the training week is $445 per player (FDSC Player Cost) / $495 per player (*Non-FDSC Player Cost). Payment installment options are available on registration
Included in the cost, players will receive a bespoke FDSC Capelli uniform package including a shirt, shorts, and socks to wear during the week in addition to giveaways during the week and at the conclusion of the week.

Registration is currently open, and we urge players to secure their spot as quickly as possible due to capacity limits. Registration will close upon reaching capacity at each age group or on April 1st, 2025 (whichever comes first).
