Daniel was born on November 22nd, 2005, to parents Elsa Fregoso and Luis Vargas. Currently residing in Valencia, Spain, Daniel plays for IDA Valencia, where he is pursuing both his athletic and academic goals. Daniel will be starting his collegiate career as part of the graduating class of 2024.
